The Shield Problem, please help.

I signed up for the account at toucan storage, but I still can't watch the shield. I go back to the page and refresh, but it still says i have to be "signed in". Do I have to go to the toucan site to watch it?

Sorry, I know I should have posted on the "problems" place, but can you still help?

Just leave the Toucan tab (or page) open, once you close it you are deemed to be "logged off"
