If anyone watched Firefly on tv, and can post a definitive episode list, it would be appreciated.

Imdb and tv.com have them in different orders and I'm not sure what the correct order is.

Yeah. The reason for the difference in the actual order of the episodes is that it was written to be shown in a particular order, but Fox fucked it up when they aired it, and mixed up the shows. Here's the order it was meant to be shown, and the dates that Fox actually showed it.

1. Serenity - part 1 (original air date: 12/20/02)
2. Serenity - part 2 (original air date: 12/20/02)
3. The Train Job (original air date: 09/20/02)
4. Bushwhacked (original air date: 09/27/02)
5. Shindig (original air date: 11/01/02)
6. Safe (original air date: 11/08/02)
7. Our Mrs. Reynolds (original air date: 10/04/02)
8. Jaynestown (original air date: 10/18/02)
9. Out of Gas (original air date: 10/28/02)
10. Ariel (original air date: 11/15/02)
11. War Stories (original air date: 12/06/02)
12. Trash (original air date: Never Aired)
13. The Message (original air date: Never Aired)
14. Heart of Gold (original air date: Never Aired)
