True Blood not working

Ive been installing all sorts of things that are meant to make the videos work but its still not working...i updated Divx and installed AVS...
but neither option (on all of season 1) works. Videoweed says "video not found" and MovShare has a popup from Divx that says "the file you are trying to play has failed to finish downloading and can no longer play". anyone know how to fix this??
