Mad men season 2 dosen't work...

Am I the only one having problems with mad men season 2? When I click on an episodes it sais: "The file you are trying to play has failed to finish downloading and can no longer play"...and then nothing happens.
I have the program that i am supposed to use but it still doesn't work. Any ideas?
