Y DOES RU-TUBE TAKE SO LONG TO LOAD?

i was wondering y rutube takes ages to load?
im watching some buffy/angel eps (which are about 45 mins long) with rutube and it takes like 45 mins to load!
i have to pause it and wait ages for it to load. this means i have to do something else while i wait.
wats the problem?
it is coz im watching in australia?
maybe thats it.
is there anything i can do to make it faster?
